“Illegal Alien” versus “Illegal Immigrant” or “Undocumented Immigrant”

“Illegal Alien” versus “Illegal Immigrant” or “Undocumented Immigrant”

Yes. An undocumented immigrant is a foreign-born person who does NOT have a legal right to be or remain in the United States. However, in the United States people will always find a way to twist everything.

“Illegal Alien” is not a technical term per se. It is “popularly used jargon”, nowhere found in the U.S. immigration laws. The real reason is that some people take offense at the connotation of the term “Illegal Alien”. Tomato…Tomatoe. What are they taking more offense at? The word “illegal” or “alien”? Regardless, illegal means you have committed a crime and unless you rise to a different set of standards like most politicians and others in government, you must be held accountable for your actions.

So, the magic question is obviously, why has the United States NOT deported ALL undocumented immigrants? The answers are these; we create policies but do not enforce them. What follows is passing the buck and playing the blame game for hurdling agendas and sticking their heads in the sand.

Enforcement says their resources are simply unable to keep up with the numbers. According to LAPD Chief Charlie Beck he “won’t change its policies on deporting undocumented immigrants under Trump’s administration.” Gee, Charlie, I did not know that the justice system was under authoritative rule and you were the Dictator. I am tired and so should this country of pompous pricks advising the country that his leadership mantra is I will defy the President of the United States. You took an oath and if you violate that oath, there is only two places you can go without a passport. A mandated term in Federal prison or permanent exile in Mexico with your Alien amigos. I’m still waiting for the all the celebrities in HOLLYWOODLAND who walk into the front door of your jails in Los Angeles and walk right out the back door a few minutes later to actually see a court room. Also, how many ‘get away with murder’ cards you have left.

My favorite of all time when you play the “community” card is that infamous Bronco chase with “The Juice” in back seat cowering with Cowlings with $10K in cash, a fake mustache, wig and a handgun. What was it, 16 LAPD squad cars following OJ down the (5) Freeway in Orange County headed onto 405 North and then home. The “pursuit” lasted for 2 hours and for 75 miles at speeds in excess of 35 mph! Simpson was supposed to turn himself in that day but decided to flee to Mexico instead. In my line of work of 30 years, we have a justified saying “Innocent people do not run”. Second, we treat all of our absconders the same. We do not give anyone “celebrity status” when it comes to crime, especially a double homicide. Anyone and I mean anyone else in your “community” would have used a pit maneuver instantly to get the absconder into custody. Also, anyone else without a double standard or non-accountability celebrity name-tag would have been shot at with hundreds of rounds by semi and automatic weapons by the police. The same automatic weapons AK-47’s AR 15’s that the Federal government furnished you with.

Beck furthered commented “We are not going to work in conjunction with Homeland Security on deportation issues”. Beck, you work with Homeland Security every day at LAX and other locales. You have a counter-terrorist unit that was trained by the Federal Government.

The biggest problem we have in the nation is lack of leadership. trust, integrity, ethics, morality and a divided nation. It is leaders like yourself that make this country more divided despite some “officials who said the 2014 decision not to comply with all immigration agency requests was made to build trust between the department and the community.” Exactly, what community is that?

“The federal government is in charge of enforcing federal immigration laws, not us at the local level and that responsibility can’t be forced on local law enforcement,” Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti said while make the announcement in 2014.

When the shoe falls on the other foot and it has more in the State of California than any other state, local law enforcement has it hands out for federal government assistance and protection. Why should that responsibility be forced upon the federal government? You receive a terrorist alert and reach out for the FBI, Homeland Security, The Pentagon, CIA and even the White House. Why should that be forced upon the feds? (Breibart)

In the private sector, I have worked for all federal law enforcement agencies in the pursuit of taking the trash off our streets and saving lives. The private sector picks up 95% of the fugitives from justice in the nation and accounts for approximately 55,000 apprehensions per year. Like in the military, which you have also used federal resources also, we do not just ‘serve and protect’. We lead by example, we leave no one behind and we know our oath to protect our nation from both domestic and foreign enemies.

We do not cost the taxpayer one red cent and we only get paid if we make the actual arrest and lock-up. We pay out of our pockets for the extradition and you do not hear us whine about it. We are too busy working on arresting illegal immigrants for the INS. Just because you and the Mayor do not want to pay more money for landscaping by US citizens, you lead by example with thousands of illegals taking the jobs here in the United States for manual work.

One last thing, most people think that the Mexican Drug Cartels are mostly in Mexico. They’re not. They are up north in California growing the crop. I’ve busted more cartel mules in the State of California than anywhere else.

Only the corrupt turn their backs on their own people and do not believe in equality. Selective law enforcement and prosecution has been a root of corruption. “Passing the buck” the American slogan. Illegal Immigration does not equate to “este no es mi problema…No me importa”.

What is importa however, is that illegal Alien crime accounts for over 38% of murders in many states including California which is something the Police Chief nor Mayor of Los Angeles wants to fall on their shoulders and simply ignore.

The answer is that public debate on the problem of illegal alien crime does not serve the progressive political agenda. The issue is swept under the rug and anyone who raises it is called a racist.

This is media malpractice of historic proportions, and publishers and editors are the non-indicted co-conspirators in those 7,085 murders. There is widespread public ignorance of illegal alien crime in every state because the mainstream media does investigate such matters. Why? Because they do not want the public to think about such things. The media, from the Associated Press down to the Main Street News, does not even allow the phrase “illegal immigrant” to appear in print.

But our mainstream media, our self-described guardians of the First Amendment, consciously avoids the effort and declines to put a public spotlight on the problem or demand public scrutiny and public accountability. Why?

The answer is that public debate on the problem of illegal alien crime does not serve the progressive political agenda. The issue is swept under the rug and anyone who raises it is called a racist.”

So, the average American is blissfully unaware of them.

  • Between 2008 and 2014, 40% of all murder convictions in Florida were criminal aliens. In New York it was 34% and Arizona 17.8%.
  • During those years, criminal aliens accounted for 38% of all murder convictions in the five states of California, Texas, Arizona, Florida and New York, while illegal aliens constitute only 5.6% of the total population in those states.
  • That 38% represents 7,085 murders out of the total of 18,643.

Between $11 billion to 22 billion is spent on welfare for illegal immigrants each year by the states, including Georgia. Food assistance programs, such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches cost us another $22 billion.

We see healthcare costs and premiums skyrocketing, yet $2.5 billion in Medicaid is given to these illegals. Our schools lack classroom materials and good pay for our teachers, however we spend $12 billion to teach the children of illegals, although they cannot speak English. In addition to that, we spend $17 billion a year for the education of the American-born children of illegal immigrants, known as anchor babies. Anchor baby status needs to be repealed.

Every day we hear about crimes committed by criminal immigrants. This costs the taxpayers $3 million a DAY to incarcerate these criminals — not counting the cost of the police and courts. That comes out to over a billion a year. Thirty percent of all inmates in Federal prisons are illegal immigrants. Don’t forget the toll crime takes on the victims and their families.

Some $90 billion a year is spent on Illegal immigrants for social services by the American taxpayer. In addition to this, it is estimated that wages are suppressed by $200 billion because illegals work for lower wages. If you want to raise minimum wages, get rid of illegal immigrants.

Liberals, who support unlawful immigration, say that the immigrants add to our economy, yet these same aliens send approximately $45 billion to their home countries every year, helping the economy of these countries or their illegal enterprises — not America.

We have wars to fight both abroad and domestically but the most important fight we have right now and for decades is unity. Trump must come in the first 100 days and unite this country. Those who do not do their part, incapable of leading and becoming part of this healing process should simply be taken out of the equation. Logic does favor the prepared mind. Step up or step down.
