Currently on LinkedIn, for every 10 profiles, there are approximately two fake profiles. That is almost 20%! I have been investigating profiles on LinkedIn now for over 2 years and on Facebook for over 15 years as part of my livelihood as a Human (Sex) Trafficking Expert and Child Recovery Operative.
Social Media is a playground for Internet predators. These predators take the form of organized crime with ‘groomers’ who are connected to terrorism, sex trafficking, forced labor, organ harvesting, prostitution, drugs, pedophilia, money scams, etc.
I am an expert criminal profiler and can quickly analyze and dissect a profile looking for the red flags that alerts me to a profile that is not genuine and or one that is manufactured to deceive.

No government agency is watching your back but there is multitude of illicit/unscrupulous business enterprises, criminal and terrorist organizations looking over your shoulder and hacking into your accounts. Welcome to the 21st century and CYBER-WARFARE.
Be careful of what you are looking for on LinkedIn and vanity sites like Facebook. If you’re looking to compete in a popularity contest and are one of those LIONS or IDK’s, you could be lining yourself up for a hot lunch.
